The boring (but important) stuff

All our mugs are handprinted in the Smiling Boo craft rooms to order. Each one is quality checked by two pairs of eyes and only shipped out once we are happy that they meet our very high standards.

Materials - AAA grade, high gloss white ceramic mug. Printed using special inks and heat to apply the designs.

Size - approx. 9.5cm tall, 8cm in diameter and holds 11oz of your favourite beverage

Care - Microwave safe; dishwasher safe, but washing by hand will mean the designs will last and last and last and last.........

Shipping and Returns - All our mugs are printed and pressed to order, so it will take us a couple of days to get your item ready for shipping - approximate delivery times will shop at the checkout. If you change your mind about an item (though we really hope that you don't), or it arrives damaged/faulty, let us know within 14 days and we'll work with you for returns/exchanges/refunds.
